Hours of operation for the office are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm PST. The laboratory has extended hours so it is open past 5pm on weekdays. The receiving department is open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and will also accept shipments on Saturday.
Processing begins immediately once the samples arrive at the laboratory. You can track the status of your test from your secure online account 24/7 at www.genetrack.co.uk. You will be notified once your samples arrive at the laboratory and you will also be notified as soon as your test is complete.
